Users and customers of Services provided by Digital Web Hosting must accept the terms and conditions of business set out below.
Without prejudice to our other rights and remedies under this Agreement, if any sum payable is not paid on or before the due date, we shall be entitled forthwith to suspend the provision of Services to you.
You shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified and hold us harmless from and against any breach by you of these terms of business and any claim brought against us by a third party resulting from the provision of Services by us to you and your use of the Services.
If you fail to pay any sums due to us as they become due, we may suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement forthwith without notice to you. If the sums due are equal to or greater than £25 we may at our discretion forward the debt to a collection agency of our choice and/or take the necessary legal action to recover any sums.
If you break any of these terms and conditions and you fail to correct the breach within seven (7) days following written notice from us specifying the breach, we may terminate this Agreement forthwith.
If you go into insolvent liquidation or suffer the appointment of an administrator or administrative receiver or enter into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors, we shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact our support department who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are still unhappy with the service you may be entitled to a refund if the request was made within 30 working days of your services being provided, our refund policy applies to monthly billing only.
Credit on your account older than 7 days cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
No refunds will be made if we terminate your services due to violation of our Terms of Services, Acceptable Usage policy or governing law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Credit added via a promotion, with or without a promo code, is excluded from the 7 day money back guarantee.
We endeavour to deliver services as quickly as possible after a successful payment, the time it takes to delivery services will vary per each product, unless a timeframe is explicitly stated on the product order page, all orders will be provisioned within 1 working days.
Once credit is added to your account you will be able to order services as long as the cost of the server is equal to or less than the value of credit in your account.

The services available on this site are subject to both export and or import restrictions. Please check regulations in the country you are in to see if these products are allowed for import into your country.
The Service is provided to authorised persons or organisations (referred to in this document as "Subscriber" or "you"). Any use of the service is subject to any restrictions listed below. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies, you must cancel your account immediately and may not thereafter use or attempt to use the Service.
If you are an individual Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all persons who gain access through your account. If you are a commercial Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all your employees, agents and/or customers. In either instance, a violation of these Terms and Policies by anyone using your account will be treated as a violation by you.
Unless otherwise stated your term is defined by the billing cycle selected during your order, this is the initial term and will become effective once your services have been provisioned. The initial term will automatically renew on the same cycle at the end of each term unless otherwise stated, for example a monthly term will automatically renew at the end of the month for another month indefinitely until cancelled.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party with no less than 30 days' notice. Where this agreement is terminated before the end of the initial term the customer remains liable for the remainder of the term up until the original end date, this will be invoiced no less than 7 days before termination is to commence.
Digital Web Hosting can terminate this agreement under the Grounds for Suspension and Termination clause, if this happens, the customer may still be liable for the remainder of the term up until the original end date, this will be invoiced no less than 7 days before termination is to commence.
As a certified Nominet Member and Registrar, we facilitate registrations and transfers for .co.uk and .uk domains directly through Nominet, utilizing our TAG "Digital Web Hosting" on your behalf. To initiate the process, we will provide Nominet with the contract details and name servers specified during your order, along with your email address for renewal notifications. Customers must adhere to both our terms of service and those outlined by Nominet. For further details, please refer to Nominet's terms of service at Nominet Terms and Conditions.
Registrations for TLDs other than .co.uk and .uk, such as .com and .net, will be processed through InternetBS, a trusted domain reseller provider. Customers are required to comply with our terms of service as well as those set forth by InternetBS. For more information, please consult InternetBS's terms of service available at InternetBS Legal Policies.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. This policy extends to bundled packages. However, in compliance with applicable regulations, if you fall within the cooling-off period, we can issue a partial refund for web hosting services. For example, if you purchased an annual plan for £20 which included web hosting and a 1-year domain registration, and the non-promotional price for the registered domain was £8.99, you would be entitled to a refund of £11.01.

Notifications along with a renewal link and pricing will be sent to customers, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days before and on the day of domain expiration. Where the domain is a .co.uk or .uk domain it will enter a 90-day grace period after it has expired, during the first 30-days the domain will still function and can be renewed, after 30-days the domain will cease to function but can still be renewed up until 90-days, at which point the domain can no longer be renewed and will enter a 5-day pending deletion period, after which the domain will be deleted and become available for new registrations.

Inbound and Outbound Domain transfers can be completed from within the client area, pricing for these services can be found on our registration page. Transfers can be completed at any time.
Our web hosting packages come with predefined allowances, such as 5GB of disk space. You are entitled to utilize the specified allowance up to the designated amount. For allowances labeled as unlimited, usage is subject to a fair-use policy unless stated otherwise.
You understand and agree that information and access available through the Service may include controversial, sexually explicit, or other material that may be offensive to you or users for whom you are responsible. Digital Web Hosting has no responsibility for or control over such materials, and you take sole responsibility for using any available screening software or other methods of limiting access (specifically including the access of minors) to any material you may find objectionable.
You agree that any dispute between you and Digital Web Hosting arising out of your use of the Service on in any way based upon your subscription to and/or use of the Service which cannot be resolved between you and Digital Web Hosting will be submitted by the aggrieved party for binding arbitration under the auspices of the English law.
These Terms and Policies are governed in all respects under English, United Kingdom laws.
Cancellation requests can be submitted via the control panel. To do this, select the manage tab from the service you wish to cancel and press "Delete". The service will then be terminated with immediate action.
It is your responsibility to ensure any PayPal and Stripe subscriptions you have setup are cancelled. Cancellations must be submitted before the invoice for that billing cycle is due. Failure to do so will result in the invoice being due. Cancellation requests can only be submitted if the account has no due invoices.

The Within 24hr Guarantee is only valid to customers that have provided the correct information. If incorrect information is provided and causes the time taken to provide the service is increased because of this, then you are exempt from this guarantee. If the server that we are trying to add the service to goes down during the process, then you become except from the guarantee. If you qualify for the guarantee and we fail to provide the service within 24hrs you are entitled to a full refund.
These Terms and Policies may be amended in any respect at any time by Digital Web Hosting upon the posting of the amended Terms and Policies on the terms of use section of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will be deemed consent to any such amended Terms and Policies. If you do not wish to continue to use the Service as a result of any such amended Terms and Policies, you may provide notice of your wish to terminate your use of the Service to Digital Web Hosting.
